This week we are joined by returning guest Seamus King from King Brewery Consulting Services, this time to talk about his new school, Brewing Sciences Academy of America (BSAA). This is a recently accredited school that includes a 22/wk program, 240/hrs of internship and they even have scholarships available! We even get a few words of encouragement from Green Dragon's beer-buyer (and last week's birthday boy) Jason Huey, about some special releases.
